Reynolds and Redbank Valley were two of the best Class 1A teams in Pennsylvania this season, and it showed in the voting for the Pennsylvania Football News Coaches All-State Teams in Class 1A.
A total of seven players from Reynolds and four from Redbank Valley made either the first or second team.
Luke Faber (offensive tackle) and Cole Toy (outside linebacker) represented Reynolds on the first team, as did Redbank Valley’s Joe Mansfield (defensive end) and Kobe Bonanno (nose guard).
Reynolds had five players on the second team – Rocco John Daniello (offensive tackle), Gavin Aley (nose tackle), Aidan Mull (outside linebacker), Luca Tofani (cornerback) and Dreyvin Livingston (safety).
Redbank’s Coltin Bartley (long snapper) and Hudson Martz (punter) were also second team selections.
Also making the first team from District 9 were Elk County Catholic’s Sam Kaul (slot/h-back) and Keystone’s Zander McHenry (defensive athlete).
Named to the second team were Eisenhower’s Dillon Benson (receiver), Coudersport’s Cale Ayers (defensive tackle) and Maplewood’s Jesse McFadden (outside linebacker).
