GROVE CITY, Pa. – The YDL Sports Network’s Chris Rossetti sits down with Grove City College’s Noel Anthony and Kait Constantino in this edition of Collegiate Conversation.
Noel and Kait are both Clarion High School graduates who are playing key roles on Grove City’s softball team which is 14-8 overall and 8-2 in PAC play. The Wolverines have won seven in a row following a doubleheader sweep of Thiel Thursday, April 6, and will be hosting Westminster in a doubleheader starting at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 12.
Anthony, a freshman centerfielder, is hitting .333 with two doubles, two triples, and six RBIs while scoring 13 runs in just 30 at-bats, while Constantino has become the ace of the pitching staff going 8-3 with a 3.01 ERA. She has struck out 52 and allowed 32 walks.
On the season, Constantino is 8-3 with a 3.03 ERA. In 67 innings pitched, she has struck out 52 and allowed 32 walks.
