KARNS CITY, Pa. – Brockway beat Karns City in a District 9 soccer showdown, 2-0 on Thursday.
Marcus Bennett had both goals for Karns City, while Nolan Swanson had an assist.
The Brockway defense was stellar in pitching the shutout.

STRATTANVILLE, Pa. – Cody Whitling and Bailee Verdill scored two goals each as Clarion-Limestone earned a 5-1 win over DuBois.
Wyatt Boyden had C-L’s other goal. Thomas Uckert notched an assist for the Lions.

PORT ALLEGANY, Pa. – River Cramer scored a pair of second-half goals as Port Allegany blanked Kane, 2-0.
Syrus Sauers had both assists.
Ty Guilds had 13 stops for Port and Owen Hillard five for Kane.

ERIE, Pa. – Josh Salmon and Luis Corrales both scored as McDowell earned a 2-0 win over rival Cathedral Prep.

WATERFORD, Pa. – Finn Ordiway scored a pair of goals as Warren powered past Fort LeBoeuf.
Jack Darling, Parks Ordiway and Mark Lynds each had a goal as well.
Parks Ordiway had four assists.

SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – Three different Slippery Rock players had goals in a 3-0 win over Greenville.
Cullen Birkes scored off a feed from Nick Kingerski to get the scoring started, while Kaleb Kuhn and Gavin Siegried also found the back of the net for the Rockets.

HERMITAGE, Pa. – Jimmy Irani scored a pair of goals as Grove City blanked Hickory.
Pierson Badowski had the other goal for the Eagles.

NORTH EAST, Pa. – Krew Ksenich scored four goals as North East rolled past Corry.
Kai Blair had three goals for the Grapepickers, while Shane Keith, Kaidan Lanagan and Micke McGuigan had two each.
Ksenich also added three assists.
MERCYHURST PREP 4, GIRARD 3
ERIE, Pa. – Shawn Ganger scored a pair of goals as Mercyhurst Prep edged Girard, 4-3.
Isaac Conners and Adam Dahl also scored for the Lakers.
Andy Jones had two goals for Girard and Braylon Thayer the other for Girard.

WARREN, Pa. – Lennon Dailey and Audrey Smith both scored to send Warren to a 2-0 win over St. Marys.
Dailey’s goal came in the first half and Smith’s in the second half. Georgie Bickling assisted on both goals.

KARNS CITY, Pa. – A day after scoring her 100th career goal, McKenna Martin added three more to her tally as Karns City beat Brockway, 7-0.
Emma Dailey also had three goals and a pair of assists. Ally Fennell had a goal and two assists, Martin had an assist, as did Lyrick Reed and Cece Morrow.
Rossi McMillen had the clean sheet in net.
