ST. MARYS 3, CAMERON COUNTY 0

EMPORIUM, Pa. – Payton Bauer had nine kills to help a balanced St. Marys squad pick up a 3-0 (27-25, 25-15, 25-19) road win over Cameron County.

Olivia Smith and Holly Anthony each added seven kills for the Lady Dutch who also got six kills from Meghan McGonnell. Samantha Vavala (8 set assists), Rylee Nicklas (6 set assists) and Lindsey Reiter (6 set assists) distributed the ball for St. Marys.

Hailey Hilfiger led Cameron County with six kills, six digs and a block, while Mallory McKimm also had six kills. Reggie Goodrow ran the offense for the Lady Raiders with 22 set assists.

            

FORT LEBOEUF 3, COCHRANTON 1

WATERFORD, Pa. – Audrey Friedman had 20 kills to lead Fort LeBoeuf to a 3-1 (27-29, 25-14, 25-20, 25-20) win over visiting state-ranked Cochranton.

Anna Bayer added 12 kills and eight digs for the Bison with Lauren Dahn adding 10 kills and seven digs. Also on defense for Fort LeBoeuf, Katie Proctor had 14 digs and Jordan Popowski 12 digs.

Kerringten Wasiulewsi (26 set assists) and Mackenzie Kulik (20 set assists) ran the offense for Fort LeBoeuf.

Devyn Sokol paced Cochranton, which came in ranked sixth in the state in Class 1A, with 16 kills and fou digs. Megan Heim added eight kills and two blocks for the Cardinals, while Chelsey Freyermuth chipped in four kills and 13 digs and Lexi Moore had five kills and seven digs. Taytum Jackson added to the defensive effort for Cochranton with 10 digs, and Dana Jackson ran the offense with 28 set assists while adding four digs.
