ERIE, Pa. – Gannon University junior and North Clarion graduate Tori Obenrader reached the 1,000-point milestone in No. 25 Gannon’s 82-70 win over Edinboro on Wednesday, Feb. 3.

Obenrader scored 11 of her 17 points in the opening half to become the 30th Golden Knight to eclipse the 1,000-point mark for her career. She shot 7-of-8 from the field and drained a pair of 3-pointers off the bench for the Knights.

Obenrader, who has 1,006 career points for Gannon through Wednesday, Feb. 3, was a four-year starter for the She-Wolves in high school under head coach Terry Dreihaup and the school’s all-time leading scorer. She helped North Clarion to a pair of District 9 titles in 2017 and 2018 and the PIAA playoffs in three-straight seasons (2016-18).

Gannon is now 16-3 on the season and 11-3 in PSAC play.
