NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. – Grove City College freshman and 2021 McDowell High School graduate Jonah Bock was named Presidents’ Athletic Conference men’s basketball Rookie of the Week.
Bock averaged 11.5 points and 3.5 rebounds per game at the McDonald’s of Bluffton Tournament, going 7-of-14 (50.0%) from behind the three-point line and shooting 47.1 percent (8-17) from the floor. Bock had a career-high 18 points in an 84-72 win over Miami-Hamilton on Wednesday, then added five points the next night in a 69-53 loss to Bluffton.
Through 10 games this season he is averaging 7.8 points and 3.3 rebounds per game.
