ERIE – The game date and time are the same, but the location for McDowell’s subregional football playoff game has been changed due to weather.
The District 8/District 10 subregional between the Trojans and D8 Champion Allderdice was originally scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday at McDowell’s Gus Anderson Field. The game has been moved to Dollinger Field at the Hagerty Family Events Center “due to some field issues involving excessive water,” D10 said in an email announcing the move.
Tickets already purchased for tonight’s contest will still be honored at the new location.
The winner of tonight’s subregional will face the WPIAL champion in the PIAA quarterfinals at a date, time, and location to be announced.
