WARREN, Pa. – Nick Weaver did a little bit of everything to help Keystone rally past Curwensville for a 26-16 win Friday night and that is why he is the Week Four D9and10Sports.com Jim Kelly District 9 Football Player of the Week Powered by the Allegheny Grille.

Weaver scored four rushing touchdowns and ran for 146 yards on 26 carries, but it was a special team’s play by the senior that turned the game around.

With the Panthers trailing 16-13 early in the fourth quarter, Weaver blocked a punt to give Keystone the ball at the Curwensville 2-yard line. He then scored from there to give his team the lead for good, his third touchdown of the game before putting the game away a couple of minutes later with another touchdown run.

Weaver was also a force on defense for Keystone finishing with six tackles and a sack. He also caught one pass for 20 yards.

Honorable mention: James Davis (St. Marys), Jack Krug (Brookville), Brayden Kunselman (Brookville), Kyle MacBeth (Brookville), Noah Lent (Smethport), Hayden Keck (Coudersport), Sam Kaul (Elk County Catholic), Conner Ford (Brockway), Oliver Billotte (Clearfield), Jake Lezzer (Clearfield), Josh Buhl (Kane), Harley Morris (Kane)
