KARNS CITY 73, REDBANK VALLEY 45
KARNS CITY, Pa. – Using a big first half, Karns City exacted revenge for its only loss this season with a 73-45 beating of visiting Redbank Valley.
The Gremlins, whose only loss was a come-from-ahead 54-52 defeat at the hands of the Bulldogs Jan. 16 in New Bethlehem, rolled to a 36-19 halftime lead thanks to 24 first-half points from Chase Beighley, who finished with a game-high 27 points to go with eight rebounds, and five assists.
Luke Cramer added 16 points in the victory with Nathan Waltman scoring 12, all in the fourth quarter, and Cole Sherwin eight. Waltman completed a double-double with 10 rebounds, while Tate Beighley chipped in six assists to go with four points.
Bryson Bain and Chris Marshall led Redbank Valley with 18 points each.

UNION 67, FOREST AREA 30
RIMERSBURG, Pa. – Karter Vogle and Caden Rainey combined for 34 points to lift Union to a 67-30 win over visiting Forest Area.
Vogle led the Golden Knights with a game-high 18 points with Rainey adding 16.
They did most of their damage before the end of the first quarter combining for 27 of Union’s 34 first-quarter points, including 14 from Vogle and 13 from Rainey, to help the Golden Knights to a 34-10 lead after eight minutes.
Payton Johnston continued his hot hand adding 14 points in the win.
Jacob Eddy led Forest Area with 13 points with Cameron Call adding seven.

FRILLS CORNERS, Pa. – Levi Orton scored 17 of his game-high 30 points before halftime to help A-C Valley build an 18-point halftime lead on its way to a 71-44 win at North Clarion.
Behind Orton who added nine rebounds and eight steals, the Falcons led 33-15 at the break.
Tanner Merwin chipped in 13 points, nine rebounds, and four assists in the win with Eli Penny adding six steals and two points and Landon Chalmers six points and six rebounds.
Collin Schmader knocked down five 3-pointers on his way to a team-high 24 points for North Clarion.

CURWENSVILLE, PA. – Alec Srock had a double-double with 10 points and 14 rebounds to lead visiting DuBois Central Catholic to a 67-37 win over Curwensville.
Srock was one of four Cardinals in double digits with Damon Foster leading DCC with 17 points and Jalen Kosko and Dante Armanini each adding 11.
Ty Terry had a game-high 23 points for Curwensville.

KNOX, Pa. – Colin Say scored 16 points to help Keystone roll past visiting Brockway, 54-23.
Bret Wingard added 12 points in the win for the Panthers with Brandon Pierce scoring 11 and Zander McHenry seven.
Jared Marchiori led Brockway with six points.

SPRING MILLS, Pa. – Karson Rumsky led a balanced Clearfield attack with 15 points to help the visiting Bison to a 61-48 win over Penns Valley.
Cole Miller added 13 points, six rebounds, and five assists for Clearfield with Ryan Gearhart also scoring 13 points to go with five assists. Curvey Puckett chipped in nine tallies in the victory.
Zach Braucht had a game-high 30 points for Penns Valley.
CLARION-LIMESTONE 65, VENANGO CATHOLIC 25
STRATTANVILLE, Pa. – Hayden Callen had a double-double with 21 points and 12 rebounds while adding three steals, as Clarion-Limestone rolled past visiting Venango Catholic, 65-25.
Ryan Hummell added 15 points and four steals for the Lions with Jordan Hesdon chipping in nine points, seven rebounds, and seven assists. Freshman Tommy Smith contributed six points and 12 rebounds.
Andrew Burda scored nine points to pace Venango Catholic.

ST. MARYS, Pa. – Putting 12 players in the scoring column, St. Marys rebounded from its loss Monday night at Smethport with a 55-24 win over visiting Northern Potter.
Vini Nunes led the Dutch with 11 points with Ryan Bille adding eight and Drake Caskey and Luke Lasko seven each.
Tre Slawson paced Northern Potter with 14 points.
ELK COUNTY CATHOLIC 61, GALETON 24
ST. MARYS, Pa. – Mason McAllister and Mark Kraus combined for 31 points, and Elk County Catholic had 12 players score in all in a 61-24 win over visiting Galeton.
McAllister led the Crusaders with 16 points with Kraus adding 15.
Luke Jansen chipped in with nine points.
Ty Stover tied McAllister for game-high honors with 16 points for Galeton.
