WARREN, Pa. – In what has quickly become a special season for the Eisenhower Knights, senior quarterback Owen Trumbull put in a masterful performance in just one half of work on Friday to earn the Week Five D9and10Sports.com Jim Kelly District 10 Football Player of the Week Powered by the Allegheny Grille.
In a 61-8 win over Iroquois, Trumbull completed 10-of-13 passes, six of which went for touchdowns (to Caleb Robinault 2, Dillon Benson, Zane Alexander, Cael Black and Trevor Welker) and 252 yards. He also had 82 yards on the ground.
The win gave the Knights (5-0), who have largest margin of victory per game in District 10, the outright Region 5 title.

Jim Kelly is the Hall of Fame quarterback of the Buffalo Bills who grew up in East Brady, Pa. and went to Miami (Fla). Kelly was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2002 after passing for over 45,000 yards as a pro, including two seasons in the USFL, with 320 career touchdown passes. He led the Bills to four straight AFC Titles.
