District 10 Announces Sites, Times for Boys Championship, Consolation Games

SHARON, Pa. – District 10 announced sites and times for the District 10 boys championship and consolation games on Wednesday.

District 10 Boys: Class 1AClass 2AClass 3AClass 4AClass 5AClass 6A
District 10 Girls: Class 1AClass 2AClass 3AClass 4AClass 5AClass 6A

The games, which will be played on Friday, March 4 in Classes 1, 2, 3 and 4A, feature three doubleheaders and a stand-alone game.

The Class 1A championship game between Farrell and Jamestown will be played at Kennedy Catholic High School at 7 p.m.

                                      

In Class 4A, the championship game between No. 1 Fairview and No. 6 Oil City will be played at the Hagerty Family Events Center in Erie at 7:30 p.m., with the consolation game between No. 2 Grove City and No. 4 Hickory at Slippery Rock University (6 p.m.).

The Class 3A championship features top-seed Franklin against No. 2 seed Seneca at Meadville at 7:30 p.m., while the consolation game pits No. 3 Girard against No. 5 Mercyhurst Prep at the HFEC at 6 p.m.

Finally in Class 2A, it’s No. 1 seed Kennedy Catholic against No. 2 seed Rocky Grove from SRU at 7:30 p.m., with No. 4 Cambridge Springs taking on No. 6 West Middlesex in the consolation game at Meadville (6 p.m.).

Also, in Class 4A girls, D10 champ Villa will travel to D9 champ St. Marys on Saturday, March 5 for a subregional game.
