LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – Conneaut Area High School graduate and Slippery Rock University wide receiver Henry Litwin was named Monday as the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Western Division Offensive Athlete of the Week for his performance in the season opener against Wayne State (Mich.).
Litwin pulled down eight catches for 159 yards and one touchdown in leading No. 5 Slippery Rock to a hard-fought 24-21 victory on the road last Thursday night.
The touchdown reception Litwin hauled in during the first quarter ended up on ESPN’s flagship program, SportsCenter, Friday as the No. 3 play in the SportsCenter Top 10.

The 159 receiving yards were the most by any receiver in the PSAC in week one of the season and were the ninth most recorded by any receiver in Division II in week one.
