TIONESTA, Pa. – Clarion continued to dominate KSAC golf, winning Thursday’s mega match at Kam Kerle earned medalist honors, carding a 35.
Clarion finished with a team score of 191, well ahead of second-place Moniteau (214). Clarion-Limestone was third (219), North Clarion fourth (224), and Cranberry fifth (239).
McKayla Kerle of clarion and Jacob Felsing of Moniteau both carded 36s, while Ethan Carll of North Clarion shot a 38, and Devon Lauer (Clarion), Dawson Wallace (Moniteau), and Zeelan Hargenrader (North Clarion) all finishing tied for fifth at 38.
Chloe Fritch of Karns City shot a 39, while Tanner Miller of Clarion had a 40.
Lucas Mitrosky (Clarion), Jordan Hesdon (C-L), Jack Craig (C-L), and Dane Wenner (Cranberry) all finished in a tie for 10th at 42.
NORTH EAST GIRLS WIN REGION 2 MATCH
WATTSBURG, Pa. – With a team score of 129, North East won Thursday’s Region 2 mega match at Scenic Heights.
Anna Swan had the low round of the day for North East, carding a 34.
Mercyhurst Prep and Fairview finished tied for second at 138, followed by Cathedral Prep at 139.
