KARNS CITY, Pa. – Karns City jumped on Conemaugh Township early and never let up en route to a 72-46 victory in the PIAA Class 2A first-round on Wednesday.
Freshman Luke Cramer was hot early and finished with 16 points for the Gremlins, while Chase Beighly caught fire in the second half, finishing with a game-high 26 points.
Micah Rupp had a double-double for Karns City, which advances to play Our Lady of Sacred Heart in the PIAA quarterfinals on Saturday.
