Back by Popular Demand: You Vote for the Volleyball Performances of the Week Powered

WARREN, Pa. – Back by popular demand from last year, you vote for the Volleyball Performances of the Week.

We are changing things up a bit from last year and having fans vote for the two best performances of the week out of a list of eight players. Fans will get four votes with the top two players earning the award. Voting will end at 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 28.

For the week of Sept. 20 through Sept. 25 the nominees are:

• Korrin Burns, Clarion 40 kills (8.0 kps), 25 digs (5.0 dps) in a 3-2 win over Warren Sept. 20
• Karlee Berchtold, Villa Maria 16 kills (5.33 kps) in 3-0 win over North East Sept. 20
• Avaree Kellert, Oswayo Valley 14 kills (4.67 kps), 7 blocks (2.3 bps), 23 digs (7.67 dps) in 3-0 win over Coudersport Sept. 20
• Cadence Jones, North East 16 kills (5.3 kps), 5 aces (1.67 aces per set) in 3-0 win over Fairview Sept. 21 
• Izzy Gray, Harbor Creek 35 set assists (11.67 per set)in a 3-0 win over Mercyhurst Prep Sept. 22 
• Meah Ielase, A-C Valley 16 kills (5.33 kps), 13 digs (4.33 dps) in a 3-0 win over Karns City Sept. 23
• Kaylee Mattera, Conneaut (Pa.) 24 kills (6 kps), 5 blocks (1.25 bps) in a 3-1 win over Hickory Sept. 23  
• Sadie Thomas, Maplewood 28 kills (5.6 kps), 18 digs (3.7 dps) in a 3-2 win over Fort LeBoeuf Sept. 24
