Q&A

Q: What was the first sport you played? Why did you play it? Did you like it?
A: First sport I played was wrestling all the way back in kindergarten. I absolutely loved it. I made so many quality friendships and traveled all around the country on national teams.

Q: What is the most important factor in you being successful in high school athletics?
A: Commitment and trust. You have to be committed to not miss a practice/workout and you have to trust your coaches that they will make you a better athlete at those practices.

Q: What is your favorite non-sports “go-to” activity?
A: Definitely fish or camp. I’m a big outdoors person.

Q: You could meet one sports figure, living or dead (1) who would it be and (2) what is the first thing you would ask them?
A: Gable Steveson. I would ask what made him as good as he is.

Q: What is your favorite sport and if you could change one thing about your favorite sport, what would it be?
A: My favorite sport would have to be football however, wrestling does hold a special place in my heart. I would make football season longer if I could change it.

Q: If you could eat any food in the world right now, what would it be?
A: Probably sushi or crab legs. Seafood is unmatched.

Q: What is your ideal vacation spot?
A: Some isolated spot in the woods with the motor home and a fishing stream.

Q: Is there anything you wish we would have asked you? If so, what is the question/answer?
A: No, all of the questions are great.
