2021-22 Highlights: Helped Redbank Valley to District 9 basketball and track and field titles … Was named the D9and10Sports.com District 9 Rookie of the Year and a second-team All-District player after averaging 12.6 points, 3.2 assists, 2.3 rebounds, and 2.2 steals per game … In track & field she was the girls’ James Manners Award winner as the MVP of the 2A meet after winning the 200-meter dash, the 400-meter dash, and the high jump at the District championship. Her miracle run in the 4×400-meter relay took Redbank Valley from last place when she received the baton on the anchor leg to a second-place finish The Lady Bulldogs started the race a point behind Punxsutawney but in the process of Harmon’s great run passed the Lady Chucks in the race and in the standings … Harmon went on to the win the PIAA Championship in the 400-meter run in a time of 57.15 seconds. She also set school records in the high jump (5-4), the 400 (57.15), and the 200 (25.92) and was the KSAC Track MVP. For good measure, she added a ninth-place finish in the 200 at the PIAA championships.

Q: What was the first sport you played? Why did you play it? Did you like it?
A: The first sport I played was gymnastics, yes I liked it a lot.
Q: What is the most important factor in you being successful in high school athletics?
A: The most important factor is my mom because she always supported me and was there for every game and meet.
Q: What is your favorite non-sports “go-to” activity?
A: Hanging out with friends and family
Q: You could meet one sports figure, living or dead (1) who would it be and (2) what is the first thing you would ask them?
A: Michael Jordan, I would ask him if he had his career all over again if there was anything he would change.
Q: What is your favorite sport and if you could change one thing about your favorite sport, what would it be?
A: My favorite sport is track and if I could change one thing about it, I would make it year-round.
Q: If you could eat any food in the world right now, what would it be?
A: If I could eat any food in the world right now it would be a pulled pork sandwich with fries and a smoothie.
Q: What is your ideal vacation spot?
A: My ideal vacation spot is a beach or a lake house.
Q: Is there anything you wish we would have asked you? If so, what is the question/answer?
A: A question I wish you would have asked is who inspired me, my mom is the person that inspires me the most because she pushes me to do better and to always give 100%.
