Q&A

Q: What was the first sport you played? Why did you play it? Did you like it?
A: The first sport I played was softball. I played it because I loved the friends, family, and environment that came along with the sport. I loved playing softball then and I will continue loving to play softball.

Q: What is the most important factor in you being successful in high school athletics?
A: The most important factor in being successful is to have the dedication and the discipline. It might be hard but you have to put your head down and continue moving forward through anything.

Q: What is your favorite non-sports “go-to” activity?
A: My favorite “go-to” activity is crafts. I love to paint, draw, sew and bake.

Q: You could meet one sports figure, living or dead (1) who would it be and (2) what is the first thing you would ask them?
A: If I could meet one sports figure it would be Babe Ruth. And one question I would ask him is how many baseballs would he hit a day to become the hitter he was.

Q: What is your favorite sport and if you could change one thing about your favorite sport, what would it be?
A: My favorite sport is softball. One thing I would change about the game is the failure rate. Softball is a game of failure you just have to be dedicated enough to get through the failure.

Q: If you could eat any food in the world right now, what would it be?
A: If I could eat any food in the world it would have to be Chinese food from China.

Q: What is your ideal vacation spot?
A: My ideal vacation spot would be somewhere where there is water, sand, and it’s over 90 degrees the whole time.

Q: Is there anything you wish we would have asked you? If so, what is the question/answer?
A: I don’t think there is a question that I wish you’d ask.
