Q&A With Logan Smith
D9and10Sports: How did you first get involved in sports and did you like it?
A: My parents first introduced me to football when I was little because I needed to do burn some energy.
D9and10Sports: Who has been your biggest influence in life and why?
A: My family definitely! I do absolutely everything for them. They have been helping me through the thick and thin of life.
D9and10Sports: What is your favorite high school sports memory?
A: My first interception, which was on the goal line in Corry of my 10th grade year.
D9and10Sports: What is your favorite social media platform and why?
A: Definitely Instagram, you can set everything with your interests and your friends can follow up with what you have been up to.
D9and10Sports: What would someone who is meeting you for the first time be surprised to find out about you?
A: That I have Crohn’s disease, and have already had surgery to remove part of my small intestine. A lot of people with Crohn’s are not able to keep their disease under control enough to play sports.
D9and10Sports: If there was one period in history you could go back to, what would it be and why?
A: I don’t really want to go back in time really, I usually like to focus on the future.
D9and10Sports: What will you tell your kids someday about living through the COVID-19 pandemic?
A: It was a difficult time because it was hard to see family members with “the big scare”
D9and10Sports: What is your ideal place to live? Country, City, Suburb and why?
A: I would love to live somewhere along the coast or down south. I loved places like Virginia and South Carolina. It was beautiful down there, hotter weather, great food, and the people down there had lifestyles like mine.
D9and10Sports: Is there anything you wish we would have asked you? If so, what is the answer?
A: What are my hobbies? I love to work on cars, absolutely love to lift, and I like spending time with the people I love friends and family.
