Q&A With Kylie Thompson

D9and10Sports: How did you first get involved in sports and did you like it?
A: I first got involved in playing sports when my dad convinced me to try out softball in 4th grade. I loved it.

D9and10Sports: Who has been your biggest influence in life and why?
A: My parents. They have been super encouraging, especially in my sports career.

D9and10Sports: What is your favorite high school sports memory?
A: My favorite high school sports memory is when I hit and drove in the winning run in our game against Cochranton on a pinch-hit.

D9and10Sports: What is your favorite social media platform and why?
A: My favorite social media is Instagram because I find all sorts of softball drills on my explore page.

D9and10Sports: What would someone who is meeting you for the first time be surprised to find out about you?
A: Someone meeting me for the first time would be surprised to find out that I have other hobbies aside from sports, like drawing.

D9and10Sports: If there was one period in history you could go back to, what would it be and why?
A: If there was one point in history I could go back to, I would go back to when my parents were kids. I think that it would be cool to experience.

D9and10Sports: What will you tell your kids someday about living through the COVID-19 pandemic?
A: Someday I will tell my kids that living through the COVID-19 pandemic taught us to find fun in staying at home.

D9and10Sports: What is your ideal place to live? Country, City, Suburb and why?
A: My ideal place to live would be a suburb because they are quiet and usually bigger areas with more opportunities.
