D9and10Sports: How did you first get involved in sports and did you like it?
A: I have been playing and loving sports for as long as I could remember. It has always been a part of my life

D9and10Sports: Who has been your biggest influence in life and why?
A: My Father. He was the kindest and most caring soul anyone could’ve ever met. He taught me how to be a strong, independent woman. He always taught me that I can do anything I put my mind to. He is my hero and one of many people that have influenced me in my life.

D9and10Sports: What is your favorite high school sports memory?
A: My favorite High School sports memory will always be playoff time. I love getting ready and having that rush of losers go home and winners move on. It’s always a great time during when playoffs come around.

D9and10Sports: What is your favorite social media platform and why?
A: Twitter. Twitter is my favorite social media platform because you can see how everyone is always doing! Everyone is always posting their sports accomplishments and uplifting others.

D9and10Sports: What would someone who is meeting you for the first time be surprised to find out about you?
A: Something people may be surprised to learn about me when they see me in person is that I am actually a quiet person. On the court, I may seem like a whole different person but in real life, I am very quiet and reserved.

D9and10Sports: If there was one period in history you could go back to, what would it be and why?
A: One period in time I would go back to is when my father was still alive. I miss him so much and I wish I could tell him everything i am accomplishing today!

D9and10Sports: What will you tell your kids someday about living through the COVID-19 pandemic?
A: I would tell my kids that even when the world brings you down and it doesn’t seem like anything is going the right way, you can still find some joy in your family around you and spending quality time with family during that time was special because otherwise, we would be running around every day. The pandemic gave us time to be together as a family.

D9and10Sports: What is your ideal place to live? Country, City, Suburb and why?
A: My ideal place to live is a big city. I love New York City! I would love to live there one day!

D9and10Sports: Is there anything you wish we would have asked you? If so, what is the answer?
A: Yes, What is bigger than basketball? And I would say family, and being together is bigger than any sport you can play. God and Family are bigger than basketball to me and i’ve learned to appreciate my family more!
