Key newcomers: With the limited practice time we have had, I really can’t answer that question at this time. But, we do expect our younger players to step up when needed to.

Keys to the season: Play with passion, play as a team, believe in each other, and have fun.

Things your team is doing during the COVID-19 pause of winter sports: We have always tried to look for and find positives in negative situations. Although the news of the delay was disappointing and positives were hard to find, we came up with: 1. We got to start; we got some practices in…some schools weren’t that lucky. 2. At least it was just a delay; they didn’t cancel the whole season. So we’ll come back Jan. 4 and be ready to go. Until then, we are holding voluntary virtual workouts. We are in this together. We’ll get through this together. The keys for returning: we said it’s going to take each and everyone of us to get back to playing. Follow the rules: wear a mask, social distance, wash your hands. Also, keeping a positive mindset through all of this.
